In this cooking class we will learn about some of the different cuts and cooking methods of this delicious protein, then create a meal using one of them. We will be making Middle Eastern style lamb shanks with a pistachio crust and pomegranate molasses sauce. We will also make a few side dishes including a chickpea and pomegranate salad, and some surprises. And it's on the weekend! BYOApron.
