The sun is out longer and the park is open longer too.
Let's do a mid-week conditioning hike and get our heart rate up and have a wonderful view.
Richmond Beach offers 188 stairs to climb and steep hills. For our cool-down we will walk the upper part of the park and enjoy the view.
We will climb the stairs 2x and hike the steep hill 2x as well. This is interval conditioning, so you will have time to catch your breath.
