Receive 2 hours' training of the incredible sport of Parkour for just $10 with Wellington Parkour instructor Rowan Worthy.
What is Parkour?
Parkour is a physical discipline based around being strong and skilled enough to move freely in an environment with the goal of getting from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible. It aims to train not only the physical body but also the spirit and the mind to overcome any obstacles and seek constant self-progression.
It was developed in France in the 1990s by a young group of friends who inherited a method of exercise formed around World War I. This methodology viewed exercise as a means to develop functionally strong and moralistic human beings, which were viewed as lacking in modern society. This philosophy of exercise guided their child-like games of exploring their surroundings and pushing their personal limits to the edge, until they developed into the physical art now known as parkour. Today, parkour is practised around the world and spectacularly showcased in many movies and video games.

Oh no!! I just realised that this event had been changed to Monday (i.e. tonight), so it's too late to change my RSVP. I definitely can't come tonight, so I guess I'm stuck with a 'No show' against my profile :(
Sorry to bail on the day of the event, but I never got an alert saying that this event had changed to Monday (a day earlier than it used to be). Is it possible to get notifications if an event you have RSVPd 'Yes' for has its date changed?
