If you're already fighting your way into your summer clothes and togs, and losing.... you might want to coming along to Fighting Fit! This is a general fitness session with some basic martial arts kicks and punches thrown in for for good measure! No previous experience required, and these are designed to get you fitter... you work at your own pace... so suitable for people trying to get fit, or fitties trying to get even fitter!!
What we're doing
This session will include some aerobic activity (running etc) and some of the old favourites for strength and fitness (burpees, pressups etc) as well as some kicking and punching techniques, and some good stretching.
Your instructor: Duncan Zhou, AW member and Wing Chun Instructor at Wing Tsun Academy.
Difficulty level: This will be quite a physical session - but its as hard as you make it!
What to wear: loose fitting clothes and light shoes.
Cost: $10 for the lesson - bring cash with you.
No Shows: If you no show to this event you will still be required to pay the $10 as your place will be reserved for you.
Note: This event is weather permitting, so may be rescheduled, depending on the forecast.
At least 4 participants are required for this event to go ahead.
