Team Fit Fitness with a Twist

A great way to kick start the week - Fitness with a twist. Let curiosity get the better of you!

This is a callisthenics (body weight workout) that utilizes suspension trainers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtKSYFlpoTM and some callisthenics exercise that you wont have seen before and all out in the fresh air.

All the of the exercises have progressions and simplified versions so it is suitable for any fitness level. Great for weight loss, strength, endurance and mobility and functionality mined people as well.

Your instructor :Duncan Zhou, Personal trainer, AW member and Wing Chun Instructor at Wing Tsun Academy.

Difficulty: 3/10. This will be quite a physical session - but its as hard as you

make it!

Cost: $10 for the lesson - bring cash with you.

NO SHOW POLICY
If you no show or cancel after 7pm the night before this event you will have a 'no show' recorded against your name. No shows can lead to you having to leave the group. Please read our Group Rules.

What to wear: loose fitting clothes and light shoes.

Note: This event may be relocated due to bad weather we will let you know before lunch on the day.
