Let's play touch rugby and combine outdoor exercise with a bit of competition and fun! In touch rugby players do not tackle in the traditional, highly physical way, but instead touch their opponents using their hands on any part of the body, clothing, or the ball.

Difficulty level: 3/10; suitable for all fitness levels, but involves running
What to wear: sport shoes and comfortable clothes
Note: This event is weather permitting, so may be rescheduled, depending on the forecast. At least 10 participants are required for this event to go ahead.
