A great way to kick start the week - Fitness with a twist. Let curiosity get the better of you!
This is a calisthenics (body weight workout) that utilizes suspension trainers http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtKSYFlpoTM and some calisthenics exercise that you wont have seen before and all out in the fresh air.
All the of the exercises have progressions and simplified versions so it is suitable for any fitness level. Great for weight loss, strength, endurance and mobility and functionality mined people as well.

Difficulty: 3/10. This will be quite a physical session - but its as hard as you
