Want to hit stuff and get a great workout?
Have fun, release stress, and get a good sweaty work out all at once. Cardio boxing is a great way to burn calories and the stress chemicals cortisol and adrenaline that can lead to unwanted fat storage.
Cardio Boxing is a pumping workout where participants take turns holding focus mitts and boxing using MMA style boxing gloves this is great for cardio, core, arm and shoulder strength, we also add some classic boxing calisthenics like, squats, push ups and crunches to make sure we get a full body workout and some all important resistance training.
Gloves and mitts are provided but feel free to bring you own.

Whilst every possible assistance will be offered, Adventure
Wellington Trust, the Trustees, Event Organisers/hosts and members cannot be
held responsible for any accident, injuries or losses sustained leading up to,
during, or after an event.
A 'no show' rule applies to all AW events. If you cancel your RSVP after 7pm on the evening before the event, or do not turn up for the event, you will receive a no-show for the event. With three no-show recorded, you will be suspended from Adventure Wellington for 6 months.
