
Whether fighting zombies, pirates, your own shadow this is our Monday night martial arts fitness session. No previous experience required. These sessions are designed to teach you basic martial arts techniques, punching, kicking and other mean things that you can do. The emphasis is on learning a variety of simple martial arts move that anyone can learn in an hour. If you are coming several times there are always progressions and extra tips that you can learn.
The fitness component focuses on strong legs, core and balance that are essential to any martial arts style.

This will be quite a physical session - but its as hard as you make it!
Cost:$10 for the lesson - bring cash with you.
No Shows:The no-show policy applies to this event.
What to wear:loose fitting clothes and light shoes.
Note:This event may be relocated due to bad weather we will let you know before lunch on the day.
