Kaos Pole Fitness, opening closed minds everywhere. Great for building all over body strength and flexibility, for self confidence or just for fun. You don’t need an excuse to try out this amazing new form of fitness!
What you will do
The 1 hour lesson will take you through warm ups and cool downs. You will learn pole holds, transitional movement, fun poses, spins, mounts and climbs. A challenging but fun lesson doing something daring and unique. Great for those that enjoy sports and an extra challenge! The lesson will be adapted to suit all ages, shapes, sizes and all levels of fitness.
What to Wear
Whatever you feel comfortable wearing is fine however for pole climbing and a lot of other pole tricks bare legs are needed for grip so shorts are the best to wear. A fitting t-shirt so as not to lift up while upside down is also recommended. Bare feet are fine but for extra leg muscle definition you are welcome to bring your high heels or boots along too. Please make sure you can walk in them safely.
Safety is imperative so please do not have any oils or lotions on your skin as they prevent your from gripping the pole.

This class is open to everyone!
Cost: $15/person- special AW rate; usually $25/person. Bring cash on the day
(We may be able to arrange further AW pole fitness classes, so please register interest on the waiting list if necessary)
No-shows: If you no-show to this event, you will be required to pay the instructor fee of $15 as the instructor and studio has been booked prior to the event.
