    Hi David, I regularly shoot events at Te Papa. Ask permission from staff and they always say yes, if you shoot for personal/non-co­mmercial reasons. The Marae is fairly well lit. Typically f2.8 and ISO 400 to 800 should moving subjects. Have a look at my photosets below. Check out the exif data for the settings I used.
