Hi Martin, missed you at premiere number two last night. Was a real buzz to see a packed out Paramount. Next Sunday 7th, 7:30-9:30pm, my teacher, author and founder of the Body Intelligence Trainings, Ged Sumner, is going to be speaking and leading experiential exercises and practice at the Powa Centre, 1/1 Marion St. Love it if you could be there. :)

Such a shame about the talk, I thought I'd listed it on the Wellness Network weeks ago, but when I checked the day of the presentation, it said I needed two further RSVP's before it sent the info to the group. Unfortunate oversight. But it seems I will be leading a few other classes in between times, and because there was interest, but not really the numbers, Ged's seeing if he can squeeze another Welly visit in in April, when he's back teaching Qi Gong in Auckland. See you tomorrow :)

Will be great to see you on Thursday. Tonight at 7:30pm at the POWA Centre (Level 1, 1 Marion St) at 7:30pm, my teacher who worked with Franklin Sills at the Karuna Institute will be presenting on Cranio...I know it's last minute, but be great if you could make it.
