Hi Vincent,
Welcome to Adventure Wellington and to this fab city! Great to have you on board, and hope to see you soon on one of AW's many events. Did you know there is a newbies walk scheduled for the 17th June? This is a great way to meet some new (and a couple of regular) faces who are part of the group. Hope you can make this and/or other events in the near future.

You are right, it's not an equatorial mount, far easier to use in fact :-) I'd be glad to help you get to know your telecope a bit better.
