Lamorna - I was at the Sourdough session and forgot to save the starter for my 2nd batch. I have emailed Debbie for the recipe, but wondered if you were making any if you could save me 3 tbsp? I will be at the cheese making session this Saturday [She might be kind and bring some, but if not, could you help?]. Robyn

Hi Lamoma, it's probably a case of hitting send too quickly. I thought the paella class was wonderful... I think the whole concept is inspiring and the building of community very real and very exciting. It was just the use of the term master class. It was a beginner's class and that's a great thing.
