What do you do for fun and fitness

I do a variety of exercises, I do a total body weight lifting and strength training session three times per week, stationary bike 2 or more times per week, Tae Bo at least two times per week, Yoga 4 to 5 times per week and Zumba 2 times per week.

How many Zumba parties have you been to?

Quite a few.


I enjoy Zumba. It's a great workout, and I LOVE to workout! I attend Zumba classes at the Growing Green Co-Op with Oshun, it's phenomenal and she is too!
