Introduction

I am a CSP and Agile coach. I have been involved in Agile projects since 2000, and have worked as a developer, SM, uber SM, and coach since then. I focus mainly on large enterprise introductions and transitions.

What kind of company do you work for? Large? Startup? Your own in your garage?

I am a principal of a coaching consultancy - BigVisible Solutions. http://www.bigvisible.com We focus on coaching in large enterprises that are interested in introducing Agile, Lean, ToC, and other similar concepts.
