This is a cartoon based on conversations I had at mindshare... "Hey Amanda, what are you working on right now?" "I'm getting a meetup running for Agile and Scrum." I was talking to people who do development, use social networks, and want to do Scrum for project management... but when I tried to put it all together for them... I got kind of a blank stare. At best I had: "Isn't Scrum just about assigning tickets?"
So I am trying another tack. I used photos from the event and recombined them into a comic book so that people could see how to start Scrum best practices from quite literally the inception of the idea.
(I used Assembla because, well, it is the product I have access to. There are others I could have used I am sure. If you have a product that works the same way, have your CSM join our group.)
