There has been a ton written about management techniques for creating great teams. Let’s go a bit further, and look into how managers can build great teams not by using a new method or management style, but rather understanding team dynamics and behavioral science and patterns.

There was a woman who came out to the meetup who worked for PGI and was looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager for her company. I don't have her contact information so if anyone who attended the Meetup could find out who she was that would be great. I wanted to follow up with her on that. Thanks in advance!!

    Peter,
Thanks for the informative meeting last night. As a LiFo certified coach, I totally agree with everything you said about evaluating and understand the "true" make up of each team member. Daniel

    Yes, thanks much Peter!

I think my biggest take away was the reminder that culture evolves whether we pay attention to it or not and if do not intentionally grow it in a positive direction, it will probably evolve in a negative one. Management must always be the catalysts for positive cultural change.

Excellent presentation Peter! So glad I finally got plugged back in to the local agile scene and was glad to finally meet you in person. Thrilled to have left the meetup with some meaty things to think about beyond iterations, backlogs, and the standard scrum pabulum. Great content. Do you have your materials posted online somewhere? I'm particularly interested in your references slide - or maybe you have a book list posted somewhere?

Thanks Peter, awesome presentation! Also, I like the way we 're looking at those issues - from the neurobiology angle. Sounds interesting. Thanks again, keep on keeping on to inspire!

I would like to introduce a new tool to the agile community. I think that these tools can really be a great benefit in many areas. I also think that new Ideas and usage of these tools can be discovered. Please join my group. I would love to schedule a meetup or web presentation to demonstrate
