The free topic session was great! It is great to discuss experience and opinion on areas we have immediate interest in. Thanks, Mike, for great facilitation and opinion / advice!

Great meeting. Good exchange of information from the attendees on the various topics that people wanted to discuss tonight. They plan to have more sessions like these once a quarter to explore the Agile-related topics that are on the minds of the practitioners.

The AutVIN thing was canceled, so Mike facilitated an open discussion of agile topics. One nice aspect: since we were such a small group we introduced ourselves briefly. Was nice to hear where others are coming from. We brainstormed a list, voted on the top 3 and discussed them. Those top three were: Changing Culture, Distributed Teams, and Estimating Large Projects. Very good conversation - leveraging a wide diversity of perspectives. Mike played the host/facilitator role expertly.
