Come learn and discuss "How to manage in Agile - Dealing with Unknowns and Risks"

Notice:  We have a change of Venue from IHG to Silverpop

Our speaker for the evening will be Dennis Stevens.
Dennis has been helping organizations solve the challenges associated with product development in larger, more complex enterprises for over 25 years – leading major projects and Agile transformations in many global enterprises. He helped bring Agile to PMI: serving on the steering committee of the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, as past leader of the PMI Global Community of Practice, and is currently the Vice Chair on the Software Extension to the PMBOK. He has been published in Harvard Business Review on Business Value driven SOA and on an incremental approach to large scale Agile in a Cutter Consortium Executive Report. This is a unique experience with one of the thought leaders in the Agile space.

An outstanding presentation. I've seen Dennis present before at Agile Day Atlanta and would welcome any opportunity to see him present in the future.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
