This is likely not long enough for an entire meetup. People both within and outside of the Agile space are fascinated when I tell them that I remote pair program with developers 2,500 miles away. I have a short presentation about why and how I remote pair and would be happy to present.

We are using Agile in offshore environment successfully with overlapping hours and daily standup and combined sprint planning. Very effective model.
