The Agile Project Professional
The speaker will be Dennis Stevens. Dennis earned his PMP in 1998. Dennis is the founder and President of Synaptus and is an active Agile trainer, coach, and consultant helping enterprises deliver technology that makes a difference for the business.. He has been collaborating with PMI to develop standards for over five years. He has presented at Agile conferences around the US. He was published in the June 2008 Harvard Business Review, “The Next Revolution in Productivity”, the Cutter Consortium White Paper “Rethinking Agile in the Enterprise”, and was co-author on “The Introduction to the Agile Extension of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge.” Dennis is a key contributor to PMI’s the Learning Objectives around the PMI’s Agile Certification and continues to serve on the core team that is shaping PMI’s direction. True that Agile is of growing importance in project management and is a technique for managing successful projects, but how does one work in an agile framework for a large group? Sorry, I'm just learning as recently working at Agile Distributed. and have had this query for a while now.
