Because good content doesn't just happen. It requires a lot of analysis, intelligent thinking and planning to help produce an efficient, flexible and robust content strategy. Much of it I still don't fully understand.
I'm fascinated by the competencies and responsibilities of the content strategist and how they overlap with those of other web professionals. I believe such a rich mixture of attendees will allow me to deepen my knowledge of other working practices.
I'd prefer a good cup of tea.
