It's heavily related to my work in UX. I'm interested in using content and information architecture to help people get into websites / web experiences quickly and easily, so they can do what they want to do as quickly and easily as possible. Cross that with coming from a social (networks and media) angle, means there's a lot to discuss and learn.
I've been working in the UX field for many years. There are always new things to learn (that's one of the things exciting things about UX) and surprising things that one knows that others may not yet.
Hi, I'm Nick and I'm head of UX at FreshNetworks, a social media agency.
