Managing and scaling good quality content that drives conversion or repeat visitors is one of the biggest challenges facing businesses today. Finding the balance between low quality, cheap content that harms conversion and incredibly high quality content that may not provide the ROI needed is one of the most terrific challenges and I really enjoy it.
I would like to find out how other companies are meeting the content challenge, particularly companies with strong content and how they are ensuring that content meets the business goals.
I'm new to London, but have worked in the content space in the US for years, most recently for Expedia. I'm looking forward to meeting other content strategists and learning how they're building high quality content that can scale.
