I believe that it long ago stopped being acceptable to create content for a single (primarily offline) purpose and then try to adapt it for online delivery. Nowadays the existence of multiple delivery channels must influence what's created and how.
I'd like to meet other publishing professionals who are solving problems for their customers!
Depends of the time of day and who I am with - but the words "single malt" and "100% Agave" tend to come up a lot!
