I like transforming systems to better achieve organisational objectives. I dislike organisational inertia and am always keen to question and improve. If I'm working on content, I want to know why, and I want to be effective.
I'm always interested to learn how people focus their scarce resources - which aspects of digital communications are most urgent and important? How much can be achieved with a small - or non-existent! - budget? Success stories. I'm always curious about decision making processes and how they work or fail to work.
Soda and lime, or a nice dry cider.
I'm currently Digital Communications Manager at Deafness Research UK. I see digital communication as both a creative and a technical challenge, and relish the combination of the two.
