As a team of business analysts we are working on projects that focus more than ever on our E-Commerce and Digital strategy. Predominantly capturing requirements the business analyst needs to be focussed on usability and the importance of content as we move more and more into the digital world. As a travel company we have a mix of the very latest in technology mixed with the traditional and it would be great to see what other disciplines are doing to find a balance between the 2 for their customers
As above would like to see how companies balance the need to work with the latest technology as well as having to balance with the demand for the traditional. In the world of travel will we ever move away from the Brochure!! Also as a business analyst to become more aware of how content is evolving so we can be one step ahead when approaching the business
