Progress at human scale: how discipline, patience & respect leads to org change

There are moments an organization recognizes a need for change, calls upon outside expertise and dives in with commitment. This is what you do while waiting for that moment. This is about a team changing from within at a pace and to the degree people within the organization are capable of change. It is about striving through incremental success and disappointments to an uncertain destination and it is about what you and your co-workers can achieve with purpose, camaraderie and a measure of joy.

This session will be led by Ken Judy:

I am an experienced software executive manager, developer, and product owner. For eleven years, I’ve been practicing and learning agile software development because it fosters passionate, focused teams. I am currently VP, Technology at Simon & Schuster, a CBS Company.  My current pet project is progress-visualizer.com and management dashboard and visualization tool for trello users.
