The Evolution of Teams

What happens over time to agile teams?

What are teams like when they first start out?  As they learn and practice together how do they change?  Are there different kinds of patterns in team structure and behavior?  Join us as Mark Kilby, a veteran Agile Coach shares what he has learned in a decade of coaching agile teams.

That was great, nice job Mark! Good info!! Now of course I get excited about our agile books, but I may take off a star because I felt like I was teasing too much with books, like "this book tells it all, but I'll tell you the name and not what's in it, lol. Smells like an ad a bit. I'm all about shouting out good stuff by my buds, but also like to have some strong content independent of the references. But what was strong this week was the interactive discussion. Good job Audience, good job Mark! I guess I should not be surprised given a fair number of us have been to some useful coaching and facilitation courses. Thanks all! (and I'm still going to be mentioning books!)
