    I liked the discussion on his topic. From a developer point of view I think that the test integration is probably one of the most important things to have in an agile implementation. I would list this as number two or three after Retrospectives. The idea that tests can just be a discussion on paper also makes it clear what is important. The test can just be a meeting of the minds on what makes up a story resulting in an excel list or table on paper. Great talk Jared.
