Gamification Open Space discussion - Sat 1pm Eastern 10am Pacific

  • Dec 1, 2012 · 1:00 PM

Gamification is currently a hot topic. Think of it is having structured goals and achievements to promote cross skill collaboration. It is now being taught in universities. Project Management software such as Red Critter Tracker implement badges to give team members instant feedback. Innovation Games (R) provides simulations and techniques to directly solve business problems. The online Wharton School of Business course had 70,000 attendees!

We will meet online in Jibe, one of our 8 spatial venues. Bill will give a short presentation based on his Whaton course and Southern Friend Agile talk. Then we will save half the meeting for 'Open Space' format discussion.

*** Here's how to join the meeting: ***

1) At the time of the event go to http://www.agiledimensions.com/web/a3d/a3dcampus.html

We will be using the Jibe tool for our visual connected space this month via the link above.
If that proves difficult for your machine, you can observe at http://join.me/agiledimensions

2) Dial in at USA [masked] (toll-free US and Canada)

Passcode [masked]

Outside North America use[masked]

I look forward to getting together and sharing impressions from our latest courses on the subject.

Interesting ideas. Simplifying down to a board game might be more effective. People like playing Solitaire. Game could be to specify and prioritize stories.
