Practical Distributed Kanban: What We've Learned

Jeffery Canna has been working at a large pharmaceutical company in RTP and has recently started using a kanban board across continents to manage projects. He'll share his experiences from this real-life use of the kanban philosophy, and the tools they've created to enable the collaboration. Jeff's years of experience in Agile make him uniquely qualified to share on this cutting edge technology.

Jeff did a great job sharing his experiences, and I really enjoyed the discussion that they engendered.

The speaker was very good in explaining and answering questions on his Kanban setup. The only improvement is having a microphone for the guest speaker. I could barely hear him with the freezer noise in the cafeteria. Plus, a hardcopy of the Kanban workflow with screenshots would have been nice.
