You might want to post this on the agile-carolinas yahoo group:

Hi all--

I've talked to some of you at meetups, but thought I might reach a broader audience through the mailing list.

I work for a small company (40-ish ppl) here in Raleigh called DocSite.  The company is growing, just at that point where they go from a small group of everybody-does-everything people to a "real" company (it's not really *that* extreme, but they are at a turning point).  They are just working out, little by little, things like great development practices, product management, and testing (among other things).

I'm happy to chat more about the company as a whole to anyone who wants to inquire.

In any case, we are currently hiring for 3 positions on the dev team, and I've been asked to reach out to my pool of talent to try to find some great people.  The currently open positions are:

- .NET developer -- we have a C# site (ASP.NET) with multiple customers (some that we host, some self-hosted).  We're all on VSTS 2010 and have recently put our source code into TFS (from SVN).  We will upgrade to TFS 2010 soon.  (description attached)

- SQL developer -- We use our database to build significant reports.  I may get my terms mixed up here, but I know my DB guy throws terms around like SSIS, SSRS, and RDL.  Forgive me for being ignorant on that description, it's only as much as I have osmosized through overhearing discussions. (description attached)

-  Tester -- This position will work under my supervision.  I want a great *tester*.  I like to find people who can work through automating -- I'm currently scaffolding FitNesse and Selenium up for future work, but I'd rather teach FitNesse than teach awesome testing skills.  (description in progress -- shoot me and email, let's discuss)

I have attached full job descriptions for the *developer jobs.  If you're interested in the testing one, please drop me an email and let's talk about what you are looking for.
