The Keys To Scaling Agile

Abstract:

The primary challenge we are faced with today is scale.  Agile has moved firmly into the mainstream and has been asked to take on organizations of enormous scale and complexity. This is where some will claim that agile fails, but when you look closer,
it is merely their agile framework that is breaking down due to misapplication. This is when frameworks built to extend team-focused agile frameworks such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) become essential.  However, these frameworks are large and have a lot of moving parts.  So that leads us to the question, why is this framework successful?  What are the key
constructs that enable nearly universal application?  Come find out.

Don't forget to congratulate Matt Block on his new position at NextGear Capital while at the meeting. Nice to see he will be in town a while and can go home at night rather than sleeping in the car.
