Open Agile Adoption

Open Agile Adoption (OAA) is a  technique for getting a rapid and lasting Agile adoption, incorporating invitation, Open Space, passage rites, storytelling and more, so Agile adoption can take root. The purpose of Open Agile Adoption is to increase levels of engagement.

It’s obvious that the Agile movement is not producing the kind of transformative results that are entirely possible. If current approaches actually worked well, then by now, organizations would have reached a state of self-sustaining and freestanding agility.

You'll learn a proven way to get a rapid and lasting Agile adoption. If your Agile adoption program is new, or struggling, or maybe even in serious trouble, this is your session.

NOTE: The 1st 20 people who ask questions during the Q&A will receive a copy of THE OPEN AGILE ADOPTION HANDBOOK, authored by the presenter.

What You Will Learn:

* Why mandated Agile adoption creates DISENGAGEMENT
* How ENGAGEMENT powers every genuine and lasting Agile adoption
* How to use Open Space to get GREAT results in your Agile adoption
* Why you need to learn some new words: communitas, liminality, and passage rites
* The concepts and facilities of the Open Agile Adoption method
