    Dr. Walsh is Professor of Politics at The Catholic University of America. He is the author of works on the crisis of moral and spiritual order in modern political thought (After Ideology: Recovering the Spiritual Foundations of Freedom, The Growth of the Liberal Soul, and The Modern Philosophical Revolution: The Luminosity of Existence). He is also author of Guarded By Mystery: Meaning in a Postmodern Age, The Third Millennium: Reflections on Faith and Reason, and The Mysticism of Innerworldly Fulfillment: A Study of Jacob Boehme, as well as the editor of several volumes in the Collected Works of Eric Voegelin, and the author of numerous scholarly articles.
