I moved to Honolulu on May 12, but I'll be in Berkeley for a few days before I head to Boston with Peter. May I attend the CogSci meetup on Sunday, September 16 even though I haven't done the reading?

I am having trouble finding the book, "Evolutionary Cognitive Neuroscience." I'll be coming to the 8/21 meeting anyway (i have some neuroscience background and can look over someone's shoulder). But can you recommend places to pick up the book or order it? Thanks! Sarah

Hi. Found this group via Google (how else?). I'm very interested in this topic and have been looking for a gathering just like this. Is the group open to new members? It it pretty casual?
