This is a group for anyone interested in airsofting that is above the age of 18. The group is intended for adults (female or male) that are mature and obey, to a certain degree, the honor code of airsofting. Newbs and awesome people, are welcome to come along and journey into airsofting together. The group is made up of friendly fighters who want to work together to have a good time shooting each other.
The group is intended to meet at least once to twice a month and is open to suggestions for different locations within 50 miles of our regular location.
Please be aware that if you cannot handle your anger,or have issues with anger this game is NOT for you. This game involves people shooting you from a multitude of ranges. By joining this group YOU are responsible for your own safety and equipment. Please be respectful to your enemies and comrades at all times( I do not care if they are cheating, shooting too close, be respectful and talk to the referee about it, that's what they are there for!) . Call your hits. Failing to comply to this may result in grounds for a ban to all future and present events. There are no exceptions to this rule. We want a safe and peaceable community that is not one prone to strife.
If you have polar-stars/hpa guns , these are our general rules regarding HPA systems for our own players. They are meant to supplement field rules. In the event that a field has more restrictive rules, please follow their rules. In the event that a field has less restrictive rules, please follow our rules if you wish to play with our group.
For indoor fields: 1.0 Joule maximum w/ .25g BB (~300FPS w/ .25g, ~330FPS w/ .20g) For outdoor fields: 1.35 Joule maximum w/ .25g BB (~340FPS w/ .25g, ~380FPS w/ .20g) For mechanically semi-locked DMRs with a 100ft minimum engagement distance: 1.7 Joule maximum w/ .25 BB (~380FPS w/.25g, ~430FPS w/ .20g) Will be chronoed using our own .25g BBs to account for joule creep.
No BB weight over .32g, except for DMRs and BASRs 30 RPS max Semi-only unless - Your FCU (or equivalent) has been programmed for 2 or 3 round burst - You are using an LMG, which may use long bursts of 5-10 rounds - you are using an HPA-tapped gas gun, Tippmann, or Daytona Gun system, which may use any fire mode the field allows.
All bursts must be followed by a 1-second pause before firing another burst. All HPA systems must have a tournament lock for their regulator. Once chronoed, we will lock your regulator and check it periodically.
We will also periodically rechrono guns throughout the day. Do NOT attempt to modify your gun's FPS or ROF. If you need to do it for maintenance reasons, please notify an organizer, remove all your locks and chrono tags, and rechrono and relock your gun. We have a zero tolerance policy for cheating of this kind and you will be asked to leave if found cheating or attemping to cheat.
Please keep in mind that our group consists of a lot of new players. We are here to introduce people to the sport and have as much fun as possible, not hose people down and earn killstreaks. If all this sounds like too much work, please do not bring an HPA system. If you have specific questions or comments regarding the rules, please message any of the organizers.
