Hi Rebecca, I just posted all the event's details in a discussion board. I added the fact that you might need teammates without posting your name (since I didn't want to do that without your permission). If you'd like to reply back there directly to get the word out that would be great.
I want to do this activity and would love to join your team. My hesitation is that I'm scheduled for a root canal at 2pm on Friday. :(
