Have you been to Chinatown to eat before? What are your thoughts of Chinatown? If you've been, which restaurants have you been to and what are your favorite dishes?

I went to the Chinese New Year Banquet once and thought the food was FANTASTIC. What an eye opener from Egg Rolls and Won Ton....unfortunately, they are not having those venues anymore, would love to experience it again in some form.

Is there a particular restaurant that you've been wanting to try in Chinatown but never have? Generally, what are your favorite foods?

This is the area I need the most education in...

As we are looking for the adventurous and those willing to try anything once tell us what is the strangest thing you've ever ate.

I guess it would be silkworm pupae... On the can it said "bird food" but many people eat this before mountain climbing because of its high protein content. Also "Natto" was very weird at first, but have grown to love it.

Would you consider yourself a lover of Asian food? If so, what country's cuisine do you love the most and why?

Because I hate the American unhealthy style of eating and long for good health and vitality. Korea is my country of choice, but I am open to all countries cuisine. Korean because of all of the fresh vegetable and the spicy taste.

What's the main reason you wish to join this group and what would you like to gain from this group that will make your time worth while?

Cultural and Culinary Exploration and Socialization Thank you for your consideration......^^
