Have you been to Chinatown to eat before? What are your thoughts of Chinatown? If you've been, which restaurants have you been to and what are your favorite dishes?

In passing I've stopped for a bite to eat but never had a chance to sit down and learn the history of the dishes. I just recently had Solo Chinese Kaboobs, and they were wonderful.

Is there a particular restaurant that you've been wanting to try in Chinatown but never have? Generally, what are your favorite foods?

My palette is untrained but willing to learn new tastes. Thai is a favorite of mine. Fresh fish dishes, hearty soups, grilled items. New and exciting veggies as well.

As we are looking for the adventurous and those willing to try anything once tell us what is the strangest thing you've ever ate.

Rocky mountain oysters (cows balls), Cow tongue, fish eye.

Would you consider yourself a lover of Asian food? If so, what country's cuisine do you love the most and why?

Yes, I hate american food. It's crap. I've had regular US chinese food but I was told it's nothing like they serve in China.

What's the main reason you wish to join this group and what would you like to gain from this group that will make your time worth while?

Looking to meet up with foodies experienced in Asian culture and language. I would like to gain a knowledge of the wares and edibles Chinatown has to offer.

Introduction

Explorer of new worlds. Looking to sample the taste and culture of the east.
