Hi,

I am looking for a good book to refresh my algorithms knowledge. What is the best book for that purpose?

There's the book by Cormen, Leiserson, Rivest and Stein:

The lectures from the corresponding algorithms class at MIT are available free on iTunes U or MIT OpenCourseware:

Many people consider The Algorithm Design Manual to be among the best books. Comen's book is great for it's pseudo code. But the Skiena book will help you understand the why.

Hi,
If you are beginning to study about algorithms then "Foundations of algorithms by Neapolitan, Richard E." would be the best start.. I have followed the book closely before plunging into cormen and found it very useful..
