Aline stand for A Leader In Networking Excellence. We have been around since 2003.
Aline members are women business owners and entrepreneurs. We meet weekly for networking, friendship, fun, and business support. More specifically our meetings provide the following:
Education on issues having to do with business or personal growth.
A forum to discuss issues and challenges in our own businesses.
Opportunity to practice leadership and presentation skills.
Encouragement, support and referrals/leads where appropriate.
Community support by way of volunteering time or donation.
We welcome women who want to grow their businesses and share ideas. Each member also takes an active role in the business functions of the group and is given a position such as” Facilitator” to occupy for a period of time.
Now for the fun!
Each month we arrange to meet socially for lunch or Happy Hour. Occasionally we plan a group outing to The Botanic Gardens, for example, or another interesting spot. We have an annual Holiday Party at a member’s home, and more.
NOTE: While we are a Meetup Group, Aline has an application process, a $45 joining fee and $5/month dues (paid quarterly). We encourage guests/Meetup members to visit a few meetings in order to determine if we are a good fit. In addition, we benefit from a diverse representation of businesses.
