Why: All that is takes to keep the All Embracing Home School Play Group functioning.
“ Join us today at The All Embracing Homeschool Play Group. By becoming a member of The All Embracing Homeschool Play Group you receive support from other parents / learning coaches who homeschool & know exactly what you go through. You also expose yourself & your children to people who are caring, non-judgemental and kind, from all walks of life that you might not otherwise meet. We are all embracing! Through the different venues & activities we do, you expose your children and yourself to supplemental experiences that further serve to educate children & parents/learning coaches. Parents learn about resources & new homeschooling skills in addition to the skills we already have. Children develop socialization skills & friendships as they engage in arts and crafts and play with eachother. Parents exchange experiences & ideas on homeschooling. We develop close friendships because even though we may seem to have many differences we learn that by homeschooling we share a lot in common. ”

The All Embracing Homeschool Play Group, builds a closely knit community and fosters life long friendships. We build a safe space with a core group of friends that meet regularly, so our children can develop socialization skills as they play. Within our safe space parents also build lasting friendships and share ideas about homeschooling and socialization; as a result they feel like they are doing their very best not only as learning coaches (that create a school outside of the brick and mortar structure), but as parents.
While our children play, we stay near to supervise them as they learn about how to operate independly, and we have discussion about everything and anything related to homeschooling. We receive support as we speak about our experiences with homeschooling. We are friends that celebrate birthdays and enjoy life. We invest a great deal of time structuring all that we do with our children's best interest in mind; having a sounding board becomes a huge area of support. My son is in Kindergarten and attends the Georgia Virtual Academy.
