San Juan to Cocktail Rock

Come out and join me to the great San Juan on Saturday morning. If you have done this ride before you know what I'm talking about, if you haven't then you're in for a treat. We will meet at the parking lot and climb up to Cocktail Rock. Probably take us about from 1 to 2 hours depending on size and pace of the group. It doesn't matter how fast we get up, we will wait for all riders. This ride is for intermediate and above. I also recommend pads if you want to be extra cautious, although not required.

Here is the Geoladders link: http://www.geoladders...

As usual bring everything you need, plenty of water, snacks tubes etc.

See ya in the parking lot with my red Stumpy, beige X5.

Perfect day for a ride up and down San Juan. Trail was in good condition with some rutted sections but overall good.

it was a good ride for me, it took me 2.5 hrs to go up to coctail rock and come back down. I did it by myself, as I was 45 min late, but met the guys before reaching the top. Over all, it was a great day to do SJ, not as many people as usual.
