Football season is upon us and I can't think of a better way to kick it off than a co-ed flag football game. If you need time to stretch feel free to get there a little early. Some of us will probably be working some fast-twitch muscle fibers that have been dormant for awhile so please give yourself extra time to warmup.
We will then head over and find a good piece of lawn to setup some cones and play a friendly game.
We will be playing on grass so if you have old cleats dust them off, it may be a good idea for better traction. ****Please bring a LIGHT and DARK colored shirt to identify teams. Also if you have some long athletic socks or even an old shirt that you can rip into long strips to tuck into your waists as flags that would be great.
I will provide the football and cones as boundaries.
