The Dance Building
Donna Eden the founder of Eden Energy Medicine created the DER as a "set of
exercises to create a stronger energetic core. Most people can feel an immediate
difference in their energy level or sense of well-being after doing this set of exercises.
This means swift success in bringing basic energies into better integration, coherence,
and flow--at least temporarily. It may take time to shift entrenched patterns, but
persistence will pay off." These exercises help address individual imbalances within the
body. It helps strengthen all energy systems( 9 in all, according to Donna Eden) of the
person. With practice, and particularly making it a habit it can shift persistent energy
patterns in the person.
We will learn to do this Energy routine which takes 10 or so minutes. This will be an
experiential workshop where each person will learn to DO the DER. Handouts will
remind one on how to do the exercise.
