What practices do you use to keep your body healthy?

Vegan/raw foods diet and exercise. Stress does a lot of damage. I need to get that under control.

What practices do you use to keep your mind clear of unwanted thoughts?

Not good at that so I would love to learn more.

In what ways have you been inspired to practice better mind/body health?

I recently began eating more of a raw foods diet. The improvement in my moods has me inspired.
