For the moment, just pilates and a whole food diet. Many other things are currently on hold, although Reiki creeps in now and then.
If such a thought pops up I ask where it is coming from and what I can learn from it.
Yes, i am a work in progress.
Everything is better when i feel comfortable in my own skin. Meditation and more exercise will be coming back into the picture.
